Due to continued success, we are looking to hire a Senior Claims Handler to join our team. We are MSL, part of the Drive Further collective, and we are a leading provider of specialist insurance products and services, with a strong reputation for innovation, customer service and broker partnerships. We are committed to delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients across the motor, taxi and learner driver markets.
You will be:
- Supporting the Claims Team Manager in the management of the Claims Handling team to achieve good outcomes for customers through their adherence to the defined procedures.
- Achieving this through performance observations, quality audit and feedback as well as through coaching and mentoring.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in motor and complex claims handling
- Experience of credit hire and credit repair
- Coached or managed a team of at least 6
- Knowledge of GTA, FCA, ABI & BIBA guidelines
- Knowledge of case law in relation to liability issues and credit hire/repair
