Overview
We search for relevant influencers to partner with high‑profile brands, turning discoveries into award‑winning marketing campaigns. Skilled use of discovery techniques, channel tricks, and hidden niches helps uncover the right voices.
Responsibilities
- Support the Social & Influencer discipline by partnering with clients to amplify engaging brand stories using emerging social technologies and KOLs.
- Build and activate influencer strategies alongside specialists in influencer, social, and PR, collaborating cross‑functionally to identify talent.
- Keep clients and colleagues informed on rising trends, platforms, and talent to maintain cutting‑edge solutions.
- Educate and inspire peers and clients on developments in social and influencer, flagging engagement opportunities.
- Manage activation responsibilities such as outreach, negotiations, and contracting, supported by a wider team.
- Coordinate with other Publicis Groupe agencies as part of a combined response team or provide insight into the influencer marketing world.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable influencer marketing experience (in‑house or agency), bonus for integrated social roles.
- Experience negotiating and managing influencer campaigns.
- Experience with owned social media, understanding platform basics.
- Social media addict, aware of trends and platform algorithms.
- Experience using social listening, insights tools, and influencer management platforms.
- Understanding of influencer marketing aspects.
- Direct relationships with influencers and agents.
- Keynote proficiency and strong presentation skills.
- Attention to detail, project management, and time management skills.
