REQUIREMENTS
- Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated digital strategies that support corporate communications objectives, including reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership.
- Translate business goals into actionable digital plans across web, social and paid channels.
- Shape content pillars and messaging frameworks suitable for corporate audiences (e.g. investors, policymakers, employees, media).
- Advise on digital-first storytelling, ESG positioning and executive visibility initiatives.
- Paid Media Planning & Scheduling
- Lead on paid media strategy across corporate campaigns, ensuring alignment with wider communications objectives.
- Develop and manage paid media plans — including platform selection, audience targeting, creative recommendations and budget allocation.
- Oversee scheduling, optimisation and performance tracking of paid campaigns.
- Provide clients with clear, data-led recommendations on how paid media can amplify organic and earned activity.
- Client Leadership & Advisory
- Serve as the senior digital advisor providing strategic counsel on all aspects of digital communications.
- Content & Channel Management
- Oversee the planning, creation and distribution of high-quality corporate content across digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency of tone, brand identity and messaging across all channels.
- Support content governance, website development, and channel optimisation initiatives.
- Work closely with creative, PR and content production teams to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns.
- Performance, Analytics & Reporting
- Establish robust measurement frameworks to evaluate digital performance and impact.
- Develop dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insight.
- Use analytics to inform ongoing optimisation of content, paid activity and digital presence.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
