MSL Global is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Client Services team. You’ll be hands-on from briefing through to delivery and reconciliation, bringing structure, control and clarity to a busy programme of events. This is an on-site role, based in Bordon, Hampshire.

Responsibilities

You’ll manage timelines, budgets, stakeholders and onsite delivery, ensuring every project is executed to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with our internal teams across Projects, Operations, Logistics, Creative and Finance, acting as the central point of coordination throughout the project lifecycle. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment while maintaining MSL’s reputation for excellence.

About you:

You’re an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment and enjoys bringing structure, control and clarity to complex programmes of work. You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering projects end to end within live events, experiential marketing or a fast-paced client services environment
  • Experience managing complex event programmes such as roadshows, sports activations, product placements or multi-site activations
  • Strong project management skills, ideally supported by a recognised qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or similar
  • A continuous improvement mindset, using data, insight and post-event learnings to refine processes and improve future delivery
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Confidence owning budgets, forecasts and reconciliations, with solid commercial awareness
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach, particularly during live delivery
  • The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Flexibility to travel and support on-site delivery, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to commute to our Bordon office
