We’re now looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator to join our busy Client Operations team and help deliver an exciting programme of events.

As Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our events team, supporting the delivery of projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and Account Managers, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and on-site. From logistics planning and supplier coordination to budget tracking and admin, you’ll play a key role in making sure every detail is covered.

About You

  • You’re enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn.
  • You have great organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.

  • You’re a confident communicator and a real team player.
  • Some previous experience (internships, placements, or entry-level roles) in events, hospitality, marketing, or admin is a bonus — but most importantly, you bring the right attitude and willingness to learn.
  • You must be able to commute with ease to our offices in Bordon, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of events across our programme.
  • Coordinate logistics, suppliers, venues, and crew.
  • Assist with budget management and tracking.
  • Prepare event documents, schedules, and reports.
  • Help with on-site delivery, including setup, registration, and client support.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
