MSL Global is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead our Client Services team, bringing drive, passion and a commitment to delivering high-quality live experiences across a busy programme of events.

About you
You’ll come from a live events or experiential agency background, with proven experience delivering complex brand activations, large-scale conferences, exhibitions or multi-event programmes. You’ll be a confident leader, experienced in managing and developing a team of Project Managers and Co-ordinators to deliver events on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
About the role
As Head of Client Projects, you’ll lead our Client Services team, ensuring seamless delivery of a busy events programme, while also retaining hands-on responsibility for key client projects. Reporting directly to the Client Services Director and working closely with the Head of Operations & Logistics, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our internal teams collaborate effectively to deliver the exceptional events MSL Global is known for.
Key experience:
- Senior-level project management experience within an agency, events or client services environment
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and forecasting
- Robust project management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Confidence using project management tools and Microsoft Office
Desirable:
- Experience in experiential marketing, live events, exhibitions or large-scale conferences
- Experience working closely with operations, logistics or production teams
- Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, APM or similar)
- Exposure to automotive or complex, multi-market client programmes
Additional Information
- Full driving licence required
- This is an office-based role, with the ability to commute to Bordon, Hampshire required
- Flexible working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends to support live events
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
