We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Commercial Assistant to join our Commercial Team. This role offers excellent career development opportunities and hands-on experience within a supportive environment.
As a Trainee Commercial Assistant, you will provide support to the Commercial Team across a range of duties, including:
- Assisting with preparation of Logistics, Strip Out, Hoarding, Protection, Site Setup and Waste Away pricing schedules and quotations.
- Carrying out general administrative duties and electronic housekeeping of filing.
- Adding projects to trackers.
- Opening project folders.
- Attending site visits (tender stage) to assess project requirements and reporting findings back to the Commercial Team.
- Attending site visits (live projects) and reporting findings back to the Commercial Team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required, along with a willingness to learn and develop within a commercial environment. Full training and mentorship from experienced commercial professionals will be provided, along with opportunities for career progression within MSK Ltd.
