MSK Sports Injury Clinic is a multi-award-winning, 5-star, state-of-the-art clinic based in Westerhope. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and committed Sports Therapist / Soft Tissue Therapist to join our rapidly growing and innovative team. This is a permanent, salaried position for 16 hours per week, with working hours scheduled between 07:00 and 18:40, Monday to Friday, and 07:00 to 12:40 on weekends. There is clear opportunity for progression to a full-time role as the clinic expands. Due to sustained growth and record numbers of new clients, this is an exciting time to join MSK Sports Injury Clinic. We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and helping patients achieve a pain-free, improved quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake a comprehensive assessment and formulate a diagnosis of patients.
  • Use well developed clinical reasoning of the patient's needs and provide clinic treatment.
  • Plan and implement therapy to improve condition and/or reduce pain and develop an appropriate care plan.
  • Explain the treatment required to the client.
  • Provide massage services for new patients to help build a private clinic's list.
  • Work as an autonomous practitioner taking responsibility for the management of patients on own caseload without direct supervision.
  • Maintain patient documentation, records and accurate statistical information to reflect care provided and to meet professional standards and clinic policies.
  • Previous experience within a clinical setting is essential as you will be working mainly independently.
  • Use of outcome measures to demonstrate treatment effect.
  • Use of Sports Massage as a treatment modality.
  • Promoting the business via business social media channels.
  • Respond to all communications from clients (email, phone and social media).
  • Hit all KPI set by the business.
  • Drive 5-star feedback from all clients.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Sports Therapy / Rehabilitation, or a minimum Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy.
  • Myofascial Dry Cupping Therapy (optional/desired).
  • Medical Acupuncture (Dry Needling).
  • Shockwave Therapy Level 1.
  • Bachelors in Sports Therapy / Rehabilitation.
  • Level 4 in Sports Massage Therapy.
Experience and Requirements
  • Sports Therapy: 3 years (required).
  • Sports Massage Therapy: 3 years (required).
Pay and Benefits
  • Pay: £34,578 per annum (pro rata for 16 hours per week; £15,129 for 16 hours).
  • Holiday Entitlement: 28 days.
