MSite has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our team working in Liverpool. You will join us on a full-time, 6 month temporary basis. The Accounts Assistant role: As Accounts Assistant you will play a vital role in our Finance team by controlling the purchase ledger operation and assisting with sales ledger when needed. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices and maintaining an accurate and up to date creditors ledger to ensure all costs are recognised in our accounts and maintain a healthy relationship with our suppliers.
What you will do as our Accounts Assistant:
- Managing finance inboxes
- Maintaining Creditors Ledger
- Allocating cash on supplier accounts
- Posting supplier invoices onto accounting system
- Reconciling supplier accounts and dealing with queries
- Processing expenses
- Processing payment runs
- Covering annual leave within the department
- General Office duties
Our ideal Accounts Assistant will have:
- Desirable - AAT Level 2
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
