We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business growth by building relationships with contractors and developers and helping them embrace digital transformation.
The Business Development Manager role:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth by developing strategic relationships with contractors, developers and other key organisations across the construction sector. Working consultatively, you'll identify customer challenges and demonstrate how MSite's workforce management platform helps organisations improve safety, compliance, productivity and operational performance through digital transformation. You'll own the full enterprise sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

What you'll do:
- Build and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Engage senior stakeholders across contractor and developer organisations
- Deliver compelling demonstrations and value-led presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Prepare proposals, RFIs and RFPs
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Work closely with SDRs, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer journey
What you'll bring:
- Proven success in Business Development or Enterprise Sales, ideally within Construction Technology or SaaS
- Experience managing complex sales cycles
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the construction sector and its digital transformation journey
- A consultative approach with a passion for solving customer challenges
Your team:
You'll report to the Director of Sales Operations and work closely with the Sales Director, Senior Business Development Manager, SDR and wider Commercial team to deliver sustainable business growth.
