As a Field Engineer at MSite, you’ll bring our Access Control technology to life on customer sites through expert installations, surveys, and ongoing maintenance. Acting as a trusted subject matter expert for both customers and colleagues, you’ll ensure every project is delivered to a consistently high standard, achieving outstanding reliability and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

  • Installation and commissioning of MSite solutions on customer sites
  • Working with 3rd parties to integrate MSite solutions/systems
  • Fault finding, diagnosis and resolution of faults
  • Provide comprehensive end-user training to customers
  • Capturing detailed commissioning documentation as defined by Project Team
  • Ensure all on-site work is carried out in a professional and timely manner
  • Adherence to company standards and technical drawings
  • Contribute to the development of technical architecture drawings for systems
  • Provide accurate, technical input to any bespoke installations
  • Assist with QA checks of new and existing installations and maintenance visits
  • Support on-site visits to ensure installation quality, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with established processes
  • Attend on-site/remote calls to provide technical knowledge of all MSite equipment

Who you are:

  • Experience in the installation and servicing of access control and/or CCTV hardware
  • City & Guilds (or similar) – in domestic-level electrical installations
  • NVQ level 3 – Engineering-related discipline
  • Full clean UK driving license
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
