MSIG Europe UK places digitalisation at the heart of growth. The Business Development Manager leads locally in the Midlands, Wales & Norfolk, driving new distribution via digital, broker partnership and channel optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage brokers to expand digital distribution volumes.
- Secure large deals and develop new regional distribution opportunities.
- Build and grow a strong new business pipeline, delivering to completion.
- Collaborate with Marketing to generate leads and enhance local brand presence.
- Define and communicate the local Digital proposition effectively to the market.
- Support SME business migration from commercial and operational perspectives.
- Identify and develop new digital business opportunities, including new channels and customer segments.
- Lead and support sales initiatives aimed at driving digital topâline growth.
- Facilitate the development and integration of innovative insurance solutions locally.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics to guide decisionâmaking.
- Conduct market scans to track competitors, software providers and renewal opportunities.
- Anticipate market trends and align priorities with evolving local needs.
