We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the UK’s rapidly expanding EV infrastructure market.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving the sales of our premium EVSE to both B2C & B2B across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to drive EVSE product line.
- For B2C: Expand and manage relationships with electrical distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to drive consumer-facing sales.
- For B2B: Identify and secure commercial sales opportunities with fleets, workplaces, hospitality venues, and property developers.
- Conduct product hardware and software solution demonstrations and present Solution Portfolio.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and fulfillment team to ensure RFP proposals are accepted and delivered with high customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed annual assigned sales and revenue targets for the UK market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven track record in either channel sales (for B2C/retail) or project/solution sales (for B2B/commercial) within the EV charging, solar or smart home electronics sector.
- Deep understanding of electrical wholesale and trade channels.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
