At MSI Reproductive Choices UK, we provide compassionate, high-quality reproductive healthcare across the UK. We are looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Regional Treatment Centre teams and support our growing services.
The Role
This is a key clinical leadership role where you will lead and support multidisciplinary teams, champion patient safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites. As a Nurse Manager, you will lead and motivate clinical teams, ensure high standards of clinical care and governance, support service development, and foster a culture of collaboration and learning across multiple sites. You will be primarily based at our modern Marston Green centre, with travel across Merry Hill, Stafford, and Tamworth required. Occasional Saturday working may be needed to cover absence or annual leave.
