As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting our continued growth by overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle and cultivating strong partnerships across the organisation. You will bring an understanding of regulatory requirements and a basic awareness of employment law. Working within a collaborative team, you will confidently juggle multiple priorities, take initiative, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our processes.
Your keen eye for detail will ensure accuracy across all recruitment activities, and you will take responsibility for producing and interpreting recruitment reports to inform and strengthen our hiring strategy. You will be comfortable navigating a range of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems, and you will remain composed and effective when working to tight deadlines. With a self-sufficient approach and a high level of professionalism, you will take ownership of your workload and deliver consistently strong results.
