Make every interaction count! Looking for a role where organisation, client service, and compassion come together? Join our team and play an important role in supporting people accessing essential reproductive services. As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of our Regional Treatment Centre, helping to create a positive and professional experience for every client.

From managing appointments and handling confidential information to answering enquiries and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service, you'll be a trusted first point of contact for those who need us. We're looking for someone with experience in customer service, reception, or a similar role who enjoys working with people and can confidently manage multiple priorities. You'll be highly organised, adaptable, and able to communicate with empathy and professionalism, even in a busy environment.
