We are seeking a compassionate and professional counsellor to join our small, supportive team of up to twelve telephone counsellors within a department based in our Bradley Stoke contact centre. In this role, you will provide 30-minute telephone counselling sessions to individuals who are considering or undergoing abortion, as well as those seeking post-abortion support. An important aspect of the role includes being alert to safeguarding concerns and referring clients appropriately in line with our policies. This is a meaningful opportunity to support clients with care and professionalism in a focused and empathetic team environment.
