While you wont be directly treating or supporting clients in this role, your work will play an important part in helping the teams who do.
Youll use your financial expertise to help us understand performance, manage resources effectively and make informed decisions that ultimately support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Youll work collaboratively with Finance and operational teams across MSI UK, building trusted relationships and providing insight that helps the wider organisation succeed.
What youll be doing as a Management Accountant Youll play a key role in preparing accurate monthly management accounts, supporting the month-end process and contributing to budgeting and forecasting.
Youll analyse financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and work closely with budget holders and stakeholders (business partnering) across the organisation to provide clear, meaningful insights.
Youll also help build strong relationships with regional and divisional managers while supporting financial reporting, process improvements and wider business projects.

As a Management Accountant youll need: * To be a qualified accountant or actively working towards a recognised qualification, such as CIMA or ACCA. * Previous experience preparing management accounts. * Experience working with budgets and forecasting. * Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. * The ability to work effectively to deadlines, particularly around month-end.
Whilst the successful candidate will be based in London, the role offers hybrid working, with occasional travel across the country as required.
