Location: Hove
Contract type: Permanent, 37.5 hours Monday to Friday (and the occasional Saturday) with no unsociable hours.
Salary: Β£36,689.03 - Β£41,275.16 (dependant on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective abortion and contraception care, including vasectomy, upholding MSI UK values of minimal intervention.
- Work closely with the Clinical Services Matron and Clinical Team Leader as part of a client-centred approach to ensure reproductive rights are respected and supported.
- Engage in hands-on, fast-paced clinical work to develop and refine clinical and professional skills.
- Participate in the i-belong Preceptorship Programme if you are newly qualified, to establish a strong foundation in nursing and midwifery.
- Work independently in both surgical and community treatment centres in Crawley, Bognor Regis and Hastings after training, expanding competencies such as ultrasound scanning and implant/coil fitting.
- Contribute to a centre that performs Early Medical Termination of Pregnancy (EMA) up to 9 weeks 6 days and Surgical Termination of Pregnancy (STOP) up to 23 weeks 6 days, and provides Vasectomy procedures.
