What is a Client Care Coordinator? Putting client-centred care into practice requires the support of the entire organisation. We are seeking a passionate and committed Client Care Coordinator to join our team at our Essex clinic. Here, you'll be part of a friendly team that empowers clients to make reproductive choices that are right for them.
About the Role: As a Client Care Coordinator, your role will primarily involve administrative tasks such as:
- Conducting phone consultations
- Data processing
- Record archiving
- Managing the reception desk
- Liaising with clients during their care with MSI UK
