Your impact You'll be at the heart of clinical leadership across the region, working alongside experienced Clinical Team Leaders, Professional Development and Safeguarding Leads and wider operational colleagues. You'll: Lead and inspire clinical teams to deliver consistently high standards of care. Champion quality and safety, ensuring strong clinical governance and effective risk management. Develop people and future leaders, creating a culture where teams feel supported, empowered and able to thrive. Drive continuous improvement, turning ideas and insight into better services and better client experiences. Work collaboratively across sites, building strong relationships with clinical, operational and support teams. Shape the future of our services, contributing to wider regional and organisational priorities. This is a role where your leadership will be visible and where the difference you make will be felt by both colleagues and the clients we support. What you'll bring You'll be a Registered Nurse or Midwife with current NMC Adult registration and experience in clinical and people leadership. You'll have a strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and patient safety, with the ability to lead, coach and develop healthcare teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside the confidence to work collaboratively across multiple sites and the flexibility to travel regularly between Oxford, Reading and Chesham.
