What We're Looking For Essential βœ” Registered Nurse or Midwife with current NMC Adult registration βœ” Previous people management and clinical leadership experience βœ” Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and patient safety βœ” Experience leading and developing healthcare teams βœ” Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills βœ” Ability to travel regularly between Oxford, Reading and Chesham You'll particularly stand out if you have experience in Women's Health, Gynaecology or Reproductive Healthcare, have led teams across multiple sites, and can demonstrate a track record of driving service improvements.
