Location: Hybrid (Rotherham & Remote)
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week with core hours between 7am – 6pm
Salary: £46,434.55 – £51,078.01 (depending on experience and skills)

MSI Reproductive Choices UK is seeking a Clinical Services Matron to lead our Clinical Hub within the Contact Centre. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient, safe, and client‑centred support for individuals seeking reproductive health services.
- Lead and inspire a team of Clinical Practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of care and client experience.
- Drive continuous improvement, championing excellence in clinical practice and service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to align clinical priorities with organisational goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CQC, DOH, RSOP) and deliver on key performance indicators.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, learning, and innovation within a supportive, hybrid working environment.
About You:
- Registered Nurse or Midwife with experience managing clinical teams.
- Proven track record of patient/client‑centred leadership and delivering results.
