Main duties of the job
We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic Client Care Coordinator to join our supportive team.
This is a vital customer-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for clients, either over the phone, online, or welcoming them into our Treatment Centre. You will provide caring, tailored support and accurate information, helping clients feel reassured and supported throughout their treatment journey.
We are looking for someone with previous experience working with the general public, who is confident handling sensitive or difficult situations with professionalism, sympathy, and understanding.
In return, we offer designated training with no pressure to be fully trained quickly you will learn at a pace that suits your ability and confidence. Additional benefits include clinic parking, excellent transport links, and only one Saturday shift every two months.
