Contract: Secondment. Hours: 37.5 hours per week (with the occasional Saturday to cover absence/annual leave). Salary: £47,880.40 - £52,673.58 (dependent on skills and experience).

You’ll lead and motivate clinical teams, champion safety, quality, and patient experience, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Flexibility to travel across Merry Hill, Stafford, and Tamworth (with more sites upcoming) is essential as the service continues to grow.
