What We’re Looking For
- We’re seeking a Registered Adult Nurse or Midwife with a valid NMC Pin who shares our commitment to empowering individuals through compassionate, high-quality care.
Location: Buckhurst Hill, Essex
Contract: Permanent | 30 or 37.5 hours/week | Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm | Occasional Saturdays | No unsociable hours
Salary: £36,689.03 – £41,275.16 (based on experience)

About The Role
As a Registered Midwife at our Essex clinic, you’ll receive bespoke training to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective abortion care. Work in a team that values personal development, training, and a clinically supportive environment. Engage in Early Medical Terminations of Pregnancy (up to 9 weeks and 6 days) and Surgical Terminations (up to the legal limit of 23 weeks and 6 days). Contraception services are also provided.
Once fully trained, there is an expectation to travel and work independently in our community treatment centres in Southend, Stratford, Dagenham, Romford, and Colchester. Training to become fully competent in the role takes approximately 6 months to 1 year.
