Are you looking for a Midwifery role that fits your life — not the other way around? You trained to care, support, and empower but, somewhere along the way, the long shifts, pressure, and unsociable hours may have taken their toll. At MSI UK, we’re offering something different. A role where you can still deliver exceptional reproductive care without sacrificing your wellbeing.

About You

You’ll be a Registered Adult Nurse or Midwife with a valid NMC PIN, committed to high clinical standards and passionate about providing respectful, non‑judgemental care. If you value empathy, professionalism, and teamwork, you’ll feel right at home with us. We are also welcoming applications from Newly Qualified Nurses/Midwives with active NMC pins.

Contract: Permanent | 37.5 hours per week

Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8am–4pm (No late shifts, nights, or unsociable hours)

Salary: starting from £33,353.66

Why This Role Feels Different:

  • True work–life balance - No nights. No late shifts. No bank holidays. No on-call.
  • Predictable hours — finish at 4pm when it's still light outside
  • Smaller, supportive teams – join a welcoming, multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Time to deliver truly person-centred care
  • High clinical standards – we are committed to safe, evidence‑based care
  • Invested in your growth– structured training and continuous professional development

The Role

You’ll receive full, structured training to competently support and deliver a range of abortion and reproductive healthcare services, including Early medical abortion (up to 9 weeks + 6 days), Surgical abortion (up to 23 weeks + 6 days) and Contraception services. Once fully trained (typically within 6–12 months), you will be required to also work independently across our community treatment centres in Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley, and Nottingham.
