Hours: 20 hours per week
You will need to be a fully qualified counsellor to a minimum of Level 4 Diploma in professional counselling and a member of the BACP. Primarily working remotely, with one designated day per week spent in the office.

Make a real difference every day—join our close-knit team delivering compassionate, focused telephone counselling. We are seeking a compassionate and professional counsellor to join our small, supportive team of up to twelve telephone counsellors within a department based in our Bradley Stoke contact centre. In this role, you will provide 30-minute telephone counselling sessions to individuals who are considering or undergoing abortion, as well as those seeking post-abortion support. You will also work with a limited number of clients accessing vasectomy services.
The position requires the ability to manage sessions efficiently, ensuring they start and end on time while maintaining accurate, computerised case notes. An important aspect of the role includes being alert to safeguarding concerns and referring clients appropriately in line with our policies. This is a meaningful opportunity to support clients with care and professionalism in a focused and empathetic team environment.
