About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse at our Essex clinic, you will receive bespoke training to deliver high‑quality, safe, and effective abortion care. You’ll work in a team that values personal development, training, and clinical support. Services include:
- Early Medical Terminations of Pregnancy (up to 9 weeks and 6 days)
- Surgical Terminations (up to the legal limit of 23 weeks and 6 days)
- Contraception services
Once fully trained, you’ll be expected to travel and work independently in our community treatment centres in Southend, Stratford, Dagenham, Romford, and Colchester. Training to become fully competent in the role takes approximately 6 months to 1 year.
