- Minimum 6 months' recent experience as an HCA in UK nursing homes or Care homes
- Right to Work in the UK
THE ROLE
As an Agency Healthcare Assistant, you will support residents in nursing homes by providing high-quality, compassionate and person-centred care.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily activities
- Promoting dignity, independence and choice
- Supporting residents with mobility and nutritional needs
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' wellbeing
- Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
- Working effectively with nurses and the wider care team
