Contract Resourcer - Life Sciences Recruitment
About the Role
We’re growing our Life Sciences Delivery team and looking for a motivated, people-focused Contract Resourcer to support recruitment projects across Europe and the United States. Working with high-profile Pharma, Biotech, and MedTech organisations, you’ll help identify the talent driving scientific, clinical and medical innovation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who wants to learn fast, develop specialist expertise, and thrive in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting our Delivery Consultants on live contract searches across multiple life sciences disciplines.
- Sourcing, engaging and qualifying candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking and referrals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the process.
- Using social media and talent-mapping tools to identify niche skills and emerging market talent.
- Maintaining accurate ATS and CRM records, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes.
- Contributing ideas to improve search strategies, market reach and candidate engagement.
- Working closely with the wider Delivery team to ensure fast, high-quality delivery on client projects.
