MSI Pharma is looking for two experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to help build and expand our Commercial Technology & Digital Transformation and Clinical Systems & Digital R&D functions. This is a full lifecycle recruitment role combining business development, client management, candidate generation, and delivery. You will be responsible for winning new business, developing client relationships, securing vacancies, and placing contract and permanent professionals across specialist technology and transformation markets. We partner with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare organisations delivering programmes across CRM, Commercial Excellence, Omnichannel Engagement, Data & AI, Clinical Systems, and digital transformation. This is an opportunity to build your own specialist desk within a high-growth market while playing a key role in MSI Pharma's continued growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, or Business Development Consultant within a staffing or recruitment business
- Demonstrable success winning new clients and developing existing accounts
- Experience delivering contract, permanent, or project-based recruitment solutions
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage confidently with hiring managers, directors, and senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven
- Experience within Life Sciences, technology, digital transformation, or specialist recruitment markets is highly desirable
