MSI is a UK Top 100 Mid-Size Company to Work For. We are one of the UK's leading healthcare recruiters, working in partnership with NHS Trusts and private providers throughout the UK.
We are currently looking for a deadline-driven, organised, and pro-active individual to join our fantastic team.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a management accountant role
- Statutory returns: Quarterly Group VAT & PAYE
- Exceptional Reconciliation Skills: including but not limited to revenue, payroll, intercompany, bank, & balance sheet
- Management Reporting: To the board and external stakeholders. Full P&L with variance analysis vs. budget
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, including V-lookup and pivot tables
- Journal Entries: Experience with bulk invoice imports, cost of sales, payroll, pre-payments, accruals, and depreciation
- Overhead Allocation: Allocation of overhead costs across the business reporting divisions
- Certification: Part-qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, initiative and proactive approach, deadline-driven, highly organised
