IFS Technical equivalent relevant experience will also be considered. At least three years’ experience supporting or administering an ERP platform, preferably IFS. Proven experience in business process mapping, optimisation, requirements gathering and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, workshop facilitation and user-training capability. Sound understanding of enterprise business processes. Desirable IFS Cloud or IFS Apps 10 experience within manufacturing or defence. Project management, systems integration, SQL, reporting or Power BI experience. Personal Attributes Commercially aware, proactive and customer-focused, with strong business acumen. Clear communicator and confident facilitator, able to influence and constructively challenge at all levels. Self-motivated, collaborative and committed to continuous improvement.
