We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the seamless integration of OEM products into complex customer operations. In this role, you will serve as the technical authority-managing systems design, risk, and compliance-while maintaining high-touch customer collaboration without the need for constant sales team involvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage technical system integration for OEM products, ensuring alignment with scope, design, and customer needs.
- Collaborate directly with customers to oversee implementation and provide technical insight and support.
- Act as the go-to for technical communications, project delivery, and scope clarification-no sales hand-holding needed.
- Own project risk management and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee product order structure and accuracy of customer purchase orders.
- Place OEM product orders and manage vendor relationships for skid design and quoting.
- Perform technical assessments, cost analyses, and vendor requirement reviews.
- Coordinate internal hand-offs for upfitting, commissioning, and customer data delivery.
What You Bring:
- 5-10 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within industrial or OEM product integration.
- Strong application knowledge of OEM equipment and their role in customer systems.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects from concept to delivery, including risk, scope, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales, vendors, engineers, and customers.
