Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of critical service projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Allocate and optimize resources across multi-branch service teams to maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee administrative coordination to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets, profitability, and efficiency, ensuring financial performance targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project reports, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Ensure detailed documentation and compliance with factory requirements to mitigate risks.

  • Act as the primary liaison between factory representatives, contractors, and clients.
  • Coordinate seamless project handoffs between sales and service teams, ensuring smooth transitions.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in project management or a related role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in electrical, construction, or control systems preferred.
  • Certifications: PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee service-based projects.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, optimize workflows, and drive process improvements.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong experience with project management tools and software.
