As a Complex Home Care Assistant with MSH Healthcare, you will support one individual to live safely and independently in their own home. This is a full-time position providing consistent, person-centred support to a specific service user in Bolton-le-Sands. You will help promote their independence, dignity, wellbeing, choice and control while delivering care tailored to their individual needs.

What We Need from You
- Be caring, compassionate, respectful and reliable
- Be committed to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care
- Be aged 18 or over
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Be willing to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, including the appropriate barred-list check where applicable
- Be willing to complete all required pre-employment checks
- Be able to work the agreed full-time shift pattern
At least one year of previous care experience is preferred. Relevant complex-care experience would be an advantage, although role-specific nurse-led training will be provided.
Working Hours
Average 42hrs per week. Full-time hours: 7:30-19:30. We offer a set shift pattern with alternate weekends off. 3 working days on week 1 and 4 working days on week 2.
