We're looking for a dedicated expert to join our Animal Health team to be based in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland in a role where you'll be the go-to technical specialist for our ruminant products, providing invaluable support to our customers, sales teams and marketing efforts.

  • Your responsibilities will be varied, with a focus on providing hands-on support where it's needed most. You can expect your time to be roughly split between:
  • Sales & Customer Support (45%): Partnering with our account managers on customer visits, delivering engaging presentations, and offering expert advice to ensure our products are used effectively
  • Marketing Support (30%): Acting as a technical expert for our marketing team, helping to shape strategy, develop materials, and manage product trials
  • Technical Enquiries (25%): Serving as a primary point of contact for customer questions and investigating pharmacovigilance reports with care and precision

Advisor: Provide expert support to our customers by answering their technical questions about our products and general animal health.

You\'ll also support investigations into adverse event reports, ensuring accurate and compliant reporting.

What skills you will need

  • A qualified veterinary surgeon with a licence to work in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland and a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with large animals or in a mixed practice
  • Deeply interested in veterinary care and the agricultural industry
  • Someone who enjoys building relationships and can clearly explain complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
