We are seeking a high-performing Senior Specialist to join the Key Account Management Emerging Technology Team within Animal Health at our company. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, shaping and supporting the delivery of innovative, data-driven solutions within our Emerging Technology portfolio that creates measurable value for Global Key Accounts across the livestock and companion animal ecosystem. The team forms part of the Strategic Solutions & Partnerships group, with the mission to advance delivery of integrated technology solutions to a range of global stakeholders, particularly focused on data insights to further animal welfare and improve operational efficiency.

This role can be based anywhere in England, Wales and Scotland with travel to our London offices twice a month. This role offers exposure to global projects, with opportunities for UK and international travel, including field visits and customer meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead market analysis and opportunity validation, with a focus on identifying commercially viable, customer-relevant data-led solutions
  • Coordinate and drive end-to-end project delivery, including planning, tracking and execution across multiple workstreams
  • Own the development of high-quality presentations, reporting and delivery materials for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional stakeholder discussions, ensuring alignment, clear decision-making and progress against objectives
  • Support the development of customer-facing materials and value propositions to enable engagement with key accounts and external partners
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes, reporting and data utilisation, enhancing efficiency and decision-making
  • Drive change management and communication efforts across innovation programmes

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field is preferred but not essential

  • Experience contributing to data-driven projects, transformation initiatives, or innovation programmes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a structured and organised way
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Jira or similar tools advantageous)
  • Interest in innovation and leveraging data to develop new solutions, and animal health and agriculture knowledge beneficial
