Are you ready to lead the charge in expanding our Livestock Monitoring portfolio across Great Britain? As the New Business Development Manager Team Leader, you'll spearhead sales growth by guiding a dynamic team of six. Your mission? Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that align with our vision and market needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Mentor your team of New Business Sales Managers, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and achievement.
  • Drive Sales Success: Achieve a dedicated sales budget by acquiring new business opportunities and collaborating with the Customer Success team for seamless client transitions.
  • Track Performance: Work with Finance and Marketing to monitor KPIs, providing insights to refine our sales strategies.
  • Build Partnerships: Maximise lead potential by collaborating with Veterinary and Trade channel sales teams to generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Align with Marketing, Customer Success, and EURAM regional teams to enhance overall business performance.

What You Bring:

  • Significant experience in a customer-facing role with team management experience
  • Passion for agriculture and technology, especially in the dairy livestock sector
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • High financial acumen and the ability to influence decision-makers
