Step into a pivotal leadership role as the Regional Sales Manager for our newly formed Scotland and the North region. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering overall regional sales targets through the robust execution of business strategy. You will develop and lead a high-performing team of Account Managers, implementing sales strategies to drive growth across our existing product portfolio while accelerating the launch of new products.
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about people development. You will build and maintain key customer relationships, working directly in the field with your team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, drive Key Account Management and develop valued competitor differentiation.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with the broader business strategy to exceed targets and grow market share across Scotland and the North.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, coach and manage a team of Account Managers. Set clear performance objectives and provide high-frequency, in-field coaching to continuously elevate team performance and career development.
- Key Account Sponsorship: Act as a strategic partner to your team on high-value opportunities, providing operational support to deepen strategic customer relationships.
- Data-Driven Sales & CRM Leadership: Champion the use of CRM and PowerBI systems to manage pipelines, leveraging data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and remove sales bottlenecks.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate, regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management, providing actionable insights on regional performance and market conditions.
