We are seeking a high-performing Senior Specialist to join the Key Account Management Emerging Technology Team within Animal Health at our company. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, shaping and supporting the delivery of innovative, data-driven solutions within our Emerging Technology portfolio that creates measurable value for Global Key Accounts across the livestock and companion animal ecosystem. The team forms part of the Strategic Solutions & Partnerships group, with the mission to advance delivery of integrated technology solutions to a range of global stakeholders, particularly focused on data insights to further animal welfare and improve operational efficiency.
This role can be based anywhere in UK or Ireland, this role offers exposure to global projects, with opportunities for UK and international travel, including field visits and customer meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Lead market analysis and opportunity validation, with a focus on identifying commercially viable, customer-relevant data-led solutions
- Coordinate and drive end-to-end project delivery, including planning, tracking and execution across multiple workstreams
- Own the development of high-quality presentations, reporting and delivery materials for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate and lead cross-functional stakeholder discussions, ensuring alignment, clear decision-making and progress against objectives
- Support the development of customer-facing materials and value propositions to enable engagement with key accounts and external partners
- Identify and implement improvements to processes, reporting and data utilisation, enhancing efficiency and decision-making
