The Associate Marketeer supports the development and execution of marketing campaigns, translating strategic direction into high‑quality, compliant, insight‑led delivery across field and/or digital channels. The role works closely with Strategic Marketing, Brand & Customer Marketing, and Digital Marketing to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, consistently, and on time. It plays a key role in strengthening execution quality, learning loops, and cross‑functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end‑to‑end campaign execution, from planning and setup through deployment, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Translate campaign objectives and messaging into clear execution plans, timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate delivery across field and digital channels, ensuring aligned messaging, assets and customer experience.
  • Localise and deploy assets in line with ABPI and governance requirements.
  • Manage workflows, approvals, documentation, version control and execution tracking.
  • Partner with Digital Marketers on journey setup, publishing, optimisation and test‑and‑learn activity.
  • Ensure campaigns are field‑ready and reflect local execution needs through strong collaboration with Brand & Customer Marketing.
  • Compile and interpret campaign performance data, identifying insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Apply learnings from test‑and‑learn cycles to strengthen future execution.
  • Act as a dependable execution partner, maintaining clarity, pace, organisation and compliance across activities.
  • Coordinate effectively with Marketing, Medical, Compliance, Analytics and agencies to enable smooth, compliant execution.
