The Vaccines Account Manager is a key customer-facing role accountable for regional and local pull-through of National Immunisation Programmes (NIPs) and supporting optimal uptake of priority vaccines. The Vaccine Account Managers will support the V&PH Business Unit in improving vaccination coverage rates and reducing health inequalities through engaging key stakeholders across both primary (e.g. school immunisers, GP practices) and secondary care settings (e.g. hospitals).
The role combines expertise in account management, promotion, education, and digital engagement to maximise brand adoption and satisfaction, ensuring cohesive execution across assigned geographies.
- Identify, build and sustain long-term relationships with key customers, influencers and system stakeholders across prioritised territories.
- Diagnose local and regional barriers to vaccination uptake and co-create targeted engagement plans that address gaps and enhance VCR performance.
- Execute compliant promotional engagements, both face-to-face and virtual that drive behaviour change aligned to brand strategy and increase vaccination uptake.
- Facilitate tailored education, workshops and capability-building initiatives for local and regional stakeholders.
- Utilise approved data sets and dashboards for iterative planning, tactical implementation, and accurate CRM documentation including digital consent acquisition.
- Be accountable for the pull-through of marketing campaigns (Marketing retains campaign creation ownership) and for translating customer insight to refine local execution.
- Partner with Vaccine Healthcare Leads in overlapping geographies to ensure compliant and cohesive delivery across accounts.
- Account management excellence: skilled in prioritisation, stakeholder mapping and tailored engagement planning.
- Commercial & analytical acumen: uses data to identify barriers, prioritise accounts and measure pull-through effectiveness.
- Resilience & adaptability: navigates regional and local variation and responds quickly to emerging needs.
- Win as One Team: Collaborates proactively with field and marketing to ensure aligned execution and shared outcomes.
- Tests new approaches, applies learnings and continuously improves customer engagement quality.

- Bachelor’s degree and ABPI Diploma required.
