What Does The Role Entail?

As our Customer Success Specialist, you will ensure that our valued customers get the most out of our products. From guiding them through the initial onboarding process to providing ongoing support and training, you'll be their go-to person for all things product-related. In this field-based role, you will meet our customers directly, guaranteeing they are fully equipped to utilise our products to meet their operational needs. Your Responsibilities:

  • Turn into a Product Expert: You will develop a deep understanding of our livestock dairy technology solutions to assist customers more effectively.
  • Master Customer Onboarding & Training: You will help customers through the initial onboarding process, ensuring they make the most out of our products.
  • Become a Farm Routine Advisor: You will evaluate farm routines and recommend changes for optimization, leading to full implementation of our technology.
  • Provide Ongoing Product Support: You will readily address customers' inquiries related to product functionality and usage.
  • Be a Commercial Promoter: You will identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and upgrades to our existing customers.
