12-Month Digital Design, Operations & Systems Student Placement offering hands‑on experience in digital marketing operations, omnichannel engagement, customer experience, and marketing technology.
As part of the Digital Design, Operations & Systems (DOS) team, you will play a key role in supporting pharmaceutical marketing activities across the UK by helping to deliver engaging, compliant, and effective digital experiences for healthcare professionals. Working closely with marketing, medical, agency, and global stakeholders, you will contribute to omnichannel campaigns across a range of channels, including websites, email communications, virtual and hybrid events, and digital engagement platforms. This 12‑month placement offers hands‑on experience in digital marketing operations, customer experience, marketing technology, data and analytics, and business process improvement. You will have the opportunity to support the rollout of new digital capabilities, contribute to innovative projects, and develop valuable cross‑functional collaboration, project management, and communication skills, while gaining insight into the pharmaceutical industry and the evolving digital healthcare landscape.
This role will be based in our modern state‑of‑the‑art co‑working facilities in Moorgate, London. This site, at the heart of London provides fantastic amenities, support services and collaborative workspaces with convenient transport links.

Responsibilities
- Supporting marketing teams in the business as they execute pharmaceutical marketing campaigns by facilitating platform adoption and use, such as scheduling email sends, developing webpages and liaising with agency vendors.
- Support deployment of new capabilities to the business, including providing training and support to the marketing and medical teams.
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations by performing regular manual checks on content.
- Development in role understanding pharmaceutical regulation, digital accessibility and evolving digital technologies.
- Support the development and delivery of marketing projects such as website updates, virtual events, and omnichannel campaigns.
Requirements
- You must be currently studying at a UK university and will be looking to complete a 12‑month student internship as part of your undergraduate degree.
- Studying towards a degree (or equivalent qualification) in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; however, applications from all degree backgrounds are welcome.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including email, websites, social media, or digital customer engagement channels.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
