We are seeking a seasoned commercially focused, eCommerce savvy Senior eCommerce Analyst to join the Global Digital Commerce Team. You will work across two business areas:
- Consultancy – providing eCommerce best practice process analysis and strategy
- Technical Product Development – translating commercial outcomes into appropriate technical design solutions, supporting a scalable, global design product.
Reporting to the Global Digital Commerce & Self-Serve Lead, this role will closely collaborate with the Commercial Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, Commercial Optimisation and Performance Acceleration Lead, as well as a cross-functional, global product team and stakeholders.
This position is ideal for a BA with strong domain knowledge in eCommerce and multi-segment transactional journeys (B2B, B2C, B2B2C), as well as experience working with enterprise-level commerce cloud platforms, especially in a multi-country environment. We have particular interest in applications from senior BAs experienced in implementing global digital payments products and platforms, including KYC and global payments systems process management. This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Document business and functional requirements – extracting knowledge from key stakeholders and translating into structured user stories with an emphasis on assessing commercial and operational value outcomes.
- Support in developing business cases to evaluate the value of development investment and global commercial value outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops – engaging with global stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Own requirements for team deliverables, present stories and customer journeys to ensure alignment.
- Analyse and document “as-is” business processes, mapping out current and future states to enhance business operations.
- Work with Technical Analyst, Subject Matter Expert and the Delivery Team to validate acceptance criteria, adjust requirements as needed, and contribute to estimation and iteration planning sessions.
- Define and manage end-to-end or integration requirements across multiple teams and systems to support seamless customer experiences – working closely with technical teams to translate business and functional requirements into structured technical designs and specifications.
- Support business process changes stemming from customer journey or operational process updates, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
- Support the full product lifecycle – including sprint activities, providing updates and risk assessments to leadership, assisting in testing, user acceptance, and continuous improvement, oversee end-to-end, seamless execution.
- Codify best practice with all teams to ensure standards are met.

Required:
- Extensive experience working as a business analyst/product manager within eCommerce
- Demonstrable experience in digital-first sales, preferably in a multi-market and/or multi-consumer (B2B/B2C/D2C) environment.
- Experience in implementing enterprise digital payments systems, KYC process management & payments trends on a global scale
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement. Able to pivot quickly based on changing priorities.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). Enterprise CRM & ERP systems knowledge would be beneficial too.
- Animal Health or parallel regulated industry experience welcome, but exposure to a wider variety of retail environments and cultures sought.
- Experience in documenting as-is / to-be states, with a proficiency in process mapping and modelling.
- Proven ability to build highly effective collaborative working relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Professional proficiency in English is essential, but fluency in other languages would be advantageous.
- Able to work across different time zones.
