What Will You Do
- Develop and maintain high‑quality global health economic models and tools to generate business insights and demonstrate product value.
- Provide insights into the development and refinement of the integrated value evidence strategy from a health economics perspective.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate and synthesise evidence that informs economic models and value strategy.
- Support the adaptation and training of global health economic resources for HEDS Regional and local HEOR teams to enable HTA submissions and market access activities.
- Disseminate health economic evidence through presentations at national and international congresses and publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
Qualifications
Education: Doctoral or Master’s degree in Health Economics, Economics, Biostatistics, Actuarial Sciences, or a related quantitative discipline.
Required Experience And Skills
- Proven experience in the conceptualisation, design, development and dissemination of health economic analyses to support decision‑making.
- Strong experience in Health Economics Outcomes Research within the pharmaceutical industry, consultancy, or a related organisation.
- Understanding of market access environments across major global markets (US, Canada, UK, EU4, China, Japan).
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience And Skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting HTA submissions and developing health economic resources for market access.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in immunology.
- Knowledge of evidence generation and synthesis methods, including real‑world studies, literature reviews and meta‑analyses.
- Strong presentation, collaboration and networking skills to operate effectively in cross‑functional environments.
