Sales Manager – Companion Animal (South East)

As the Regional Sales Manager for a newly formed region, you will be responsible for delivering overall regional sales targets through robust execution of business strategy, including developing and leading a high performing team in the South East of England. You will develop and implement sales strategies to deliver growth of an existing product portfolio and accelerate the launch of new products. You will build and maintain key customer relationships and work with your team to deliver customer satisfaction and develop valued competitor differentiation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies ,aligned with overall business strategy, to exceed targets and grow market share in key focus areas in the South East region
- Recruit, train, coach and manage a team of sales representatives. Set performance objectives and provide coaching to enhance team performance
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management, providing insights on performance and market conditions
- Work closely with marketing, technical, commercial operations and other departments to align efforts and maximise sales effectiveness
Experience/Skills:
- Significant experience managing and coaching sales representatives
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering market share growth

- Strong people and leadership skills
