With an exciting pipeline of pharmaceutical launches, as well as established brands, we’ve expanded our sales team to deliver the fantastic opportunities these bring for veterinary customers, their clients, and our company. As a field-based Account Manager within a defined territory covering Guildford, Woking, Farnham, Godalming, Leatherhead, Kingston, Sutton, you will be the primary point of contact for our Companion Animal Veterinary customers, responsible for delivering growth on our existing product portfolio and accelerating the launch of new products.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing, forecasting, developing plans and reviewing sales to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Taking ownership and accountability for all activity within assigned accounts and territory - planning and organising time and resources effectively to meet objectives
- Uncovering customer needs, identifying opportunities and delivering recommendations for joint commitment plans with your customers
- Effectively managing internal relationships to provide the optimal level of service for your customers
- Building long term sustainable and profitable relationships with all relevant personnel in veterinary businesses
- Adapting sales approach to meet the needs of the contact objective, customer needs and customer commitment required to the varying different types of customer in a veterinary business.
CRM: Delivering on KPIs on call cycle planning and updating and maintenance of customer records
