Are you ready to lead and grow a key business unit within Animal Health Business Unit? We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to drive strategy, growth, and partnerships across our National Accounts Buying Group.
About The Role
You will own the development and execution of the Buying Group strategy, aligned with our Companion Animal Business Unit, Ruminant Business Unit, and Integrated Livestock Business Unit objectives, while ensuring compliance with GB legal and pricing frameworks. With full P&L responsibility, you’ll lead initiatives that unlock new market opportunities and deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and financial planning for National Accounts, driving $65M+ in annual sales
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships, positioning our company as the partner of choice
- Implement joint business plans with customers, leveraging data insights to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee the ‘Direct By Our Company’ route to market, optimizing sales and operational performance
- Manage revenue plans and governance to ensure delivery of business objectives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and share best practices across teams
- Lead talent development initiatives, empowering your team to grow and succeed
Skills/Experience
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent; MBA or business qualification preferred
- Significant senior experience in Animal Health with proven key account leadership
- Strong strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in driving growth, managing P&L, and delivering results
